Welcome to Henry Louise and the Parrot, a charming one-bedroom villa nestled in the heart of the island of Exuma. It is centrally located between the airport and Georgetown. The home consists of 4 units 2 upstairs & 2 downstairs, all consist of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. However, only two units are available for rental. It is located on a private sandy beach which is several miles long. This unit is located downstairs with its own private entrance. The space This island oasis gives you all of the modern luxuries you expect in a vacation home, while providing you with an authentic experience of living in The Bahamas. The unit is a one bedroom unit fully furnished. It is located right on the beach with turquoise waters and a white sandy beach. The beach goes for miles and miles in both directions and is great to get some exercise in. The porch is convenient for lounging and sleeping. It is not far from the grocery store and a liquor store. You can get around by taxi or a rental car. Guest access This unit is located downstairs with its own private entrance. Other things to note The master suite has a king sized pillow top mattress to help you rest and recharge. There is a television in the bedroom. We provide ample closet space equipped with an iron and ironing board, fresh towels, blankets and extra pillows. The bathroom has a hair dryer for your convenience. The fully stocked kitchen includes all of your fancies. Also included in your rental is a stove, a microwave, refrigerator and other small appliances. Our cozy living room has a 42 inch television and a dining area for four. Guests booking 7 nights or more are entitled to a free laundry concierge service.
