It is very well located, a few minutes from the beaches El Zonte, El Sunzal, El Tunco, etc… Our name IVY MAREY comes from the Guarani legend Yvy Mara He'y which means Land without Evil, this story tells us about the constant search for paradise by the Guarani people because they believed that it was accessible not only to the immortals. The space Private villa with direct access to the beach, fully equipped with all the services and amenities for those wishing to experience being on a semi-private volcanic black sand beach, with a spectacular view and the beautiful tropical forest surrounding it. Due to the topography of the place, this exclusive villa is located at a height that allows it to have an exceptional view of the cove and the ocean from all the terraces and the infinity pool. The view from the main bedroom is terrific. A fusion of minimalist and modern design with spacious living areas, and glass doors on the entire facade to the beach connects the outside while you find yourself in the comfort of the interior space. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms designed for your comfort. All the bedrooms on the second floor have an exclusive bathroom for their use. The social area has been designed to share, the living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, and pool are on one level. Much of the furniture in the decoration has been manufactured by Salvadoran artisans, they are made of wood that maintains its grain and natural color. We have a painting and a bass painted by a national artist, Carlos Violante, the painting is "Thanks to Pachamama" and the bass is inspired by "dualism". Decorated with Buddhist details and bright colors, the villa invites us to relax and have a good time. The property has an infinity pool; the palm trees, the view, and the freshness of the water make it an ideal place to relax. Next to it are the steps that lead us to the path to the beach. You only open the gate and find a mangrove on the shore of Shalpa beach. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the property and enjoy them except for the laundry room, the pantry that is in the kitchen area next to the refrigerator and the area below the deck that is the area where find the pool pump. Thanks Other things to note Things to note and consider before booking: - We are located at Km 64.5 of the Carretera del Litoral, just 5 meters after the first tunnel. Only 20 minutes from La Libertad and 50 minutes from the Airport. You can send us a message if you need information about transportation or car rental. - Please consider that the cut-off time for entry is 10 pm, if your flight arrives later we must coordinate it. - The road to our property is a dirt road and sometimes has potholes and holes due to rain and large trucks. The road is very manageable with any type of car, and it just adds to the adventure! :) - It is recommended to rent a car to be able to visit the different beaches, bars, and restaurants. We could coordinate transportation to other tourist places such as Ataco, San Salvador Volcano, Santa Ana Volcano, Lake Coatepeque, etc... - We have air conditioners in each bedroom on the second floor that are meant to cool our guests while they nap or at night, not to be on all day. We have designed the house to be cool with fans and airflow. It has been designed this way to minimize our impact on the world and meet our values ​​and sustainability goals. - We have fiber optic Wi-Fi , it works excellently but there is a possibility that due to technical problems beyond our reach there may be a failure. - Due to the fact that we are in an area with a lot of vegetation, the electricity service in the area could be interrupted, especially in the rainy season. It is very rare that it happens but there is the possibility that there is an electrical outage, usually they are of short duration but it could happen that it lasts a few hours while they repair. - You must read the House Rules and agree before booking, when making the reservation you are accepting them. ***We do not offer refunds for any of those listed above. Please note before booking*** Guest access: - Access is unlimited for all guests registered in the reservation. There are two designated private parking spots for the property, as well as additional street parking. Due to the topography of the land, there are two levels of parking, level 1, which is the one closest to the house, offers space for two or three vehicles, but they must be arranged in such a way that it allows easy eviction. To get to this first level you have to go down the paved access, it has been designed so that any car can go up it. Level 2 which is closest to the street has space for two vehicles. Other aspects to highlight: - Daily maid service is available upon request for an additional charge. If the reservation is for more than 3 days, cleaning must be done every third day with an additional cost of $35.00, which will be paid to the person in charge of doing it.
