At Maringi Sumba, you’ll stay in the heart of Sumba Hospitality Foundation’s campus. Our staff is almost entirely made up of students. They work hard to build a future for themselves and a perfect holiday for you and your family. The space Tucked away in the corner of the campus you’ll enter an oasis of tranquility: 4 luxurious villas built around a magnificent bamboo structure alongside the pool. Surrounded by nature, you’ll find yourself waking up in a different world. A unique experience in itself. We are only a 5-minute drive (or 10-15 minute bike ride) away from the beautiful beach, Pantai Kita. Shuttle service and Bikes are available to all guests, free of charge. Guest access One of our students will take you on a personal campus tour on the day of arrival, free of charge. Be introduced to all Maringi facilities and all aspects of campus life. Enjoy walking between open-air bamboo classrooms, boarding houses, and lodges. Learn about permaculture farming, environmental awareness, and personal development. Now Maringi Sumba and Sumba Hospitality Foundation have no more secrets for you: feel free to walk around wherever you want and get to know the student-staff. Other things to note Kindly note that Sumba Hospitality Foundation has credit card facilities on site, however all payments made via card are subject to an additional 2% service charge. Alternatively, guests may also pay in cash (Indonesian Rupiah only) for any other additional expenses incurred during their stay. WiFi is available to guests free of charge. Please note that access is limited to our Deluxe Guestroom area, restaurant and bar, or front office. Bamboo Pavilions have limited access to WiFi.
