The prooerty is approximately 45 minutes drive from Montego Bay where you'll have access to several beaches, entertainment and lots of fun places to visit and enjoy your stay in Jamaica. Located just 5 minutes from the Knutsford Express public transportation that connects to the Montego Bay Airport, Ocho Rios and the city of Kingston. Arrangements can be made for car rentals as well as easy access to local taxis for round town movements as well as anywhere you're interested in visiting. HOUSE RULES 1. No pets are allowed 2. Absolutely No Smoking 3. No parties or events 4. Check-in is anytime after 2pm and check-out by 12:00 mid-day 5. Please be respectful of the house and exercise care while using contents and amenities. 6. Please help CONSERVE ENERGY by turning off Air Conditioning Units, Lights, Appliances, Lamps etc. when NOT in use. 7. No drugs allowed 8. No illegal activities 9. All persons occupying premises must be according to the approved reservation. 10. No overnight guests allowed who are NOT part of the approved reservation WITHOUT PERMISSION from the Host. (There will be an additional Fee charged for additional guests approved by Host) 11.
