This property offers stunning panoramic views throughout the home from both floors, and beach access is just steps away. Enjoy the tranquil sounds of the waves while beachcombing and finding treasures. Take advantage of this relaxing retreat while still having access to local dining and shopping nearby. The space The Beach House Getaway served as a bed and breakfast for nearly 20 years and was recently revamped. It's designed to provide a spacious resort feel while also giving you the privacy you want. All four bedrooms are master suites with their own full bathrooms (three king bedrooms upstairs, one queen bedroom downstairs). Additionally, each suite has a sitting area with ocean views. So put your feet up and let the vacation begin! Whether you're looking to relax indoors or outside, we have everything you could need! Inside, there is a full kitchen with all amenities, including a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee bar with wine fridge, and a Keurig. The dining table comfortably fits 6-8 people. There is a lovely variety of teas and coffees stocked. We also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Outdoors, you'll find a wrap-around deck with another dining space, fire pit, and a hot/cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of sandcastle building or clam digging. This property is located next door to Pacific Beach State Park, a 17-acre public recreation area offering picnicking, camping, fishing, swimming, clam digging, and beachcombing. You can access the beach directly from The Beach House Getaway property or through the state park using their concrete trail (a 3-minute walk). Joe's Creek is also right down the road and offers seasonal rentals for stand-up paddleboards, clam digging, and more. Don't miss out on this serene retreat! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note We have two hoses outside for cleaning clams! And we also have a hot water shower head for rinsing off from the beach! We just added 4 new Adirondack chairs to the porch.
