Rural house for 10 people in the village of Valdesimonte, Segovia, 45 km from the capital. The house has five double bedrooms with bathroom included, living room with French fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, board and children's game room, free wifi, patio with lawn and multipurpose room with billiards, foosball, electronic dartboard and barbecue. Pool and Jacuzzi in the summer. The space The Fuente del Pinar is the result of respect for traditional Segovian architecture and the modernity of the moment we live in. The house is located in the village of Valdesimonte, in an old building used as a sheep stable, built in 1942 and restored in 2016. The renovation has been carried out preserving the rustic charm and using noble materials such as stone, wood, baked clay in floors and tiles (made and painted by hand in artisan workshops). On the other hand, our deep respect and commitment to the planet has led us to use geothermal energy as an energy source that allows us to obtain hot water, heating and cooling through underfloor heating throughout the house, in order to achieve a sustainable balance with the environment. The accommodation retains the essence of our ancestors, and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and comfortable stay. La Fuente del Pinar is fully rented and totally independent. It can accommodate 10 people. 2 double bedrooms on the first floor. 3 double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All our rooms have sheets, a hand towel and a bath towel (per person), two pillows and two blankets (per person). 5 full bathrooms, included inside the rooms, two of them with a hydromassage bathtub and the other three with a hydromassage column. The bathrooms have toilet paper, a shower mat and a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, Italian coffee maker, small appliances (toaster, juicer, blender). Dishes, glassware (glasses, wine glasses, etc.), cutlery, cookware and pressure cooker. You'll also find: paper napkins, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and softener, trash bags, scouring pads, cloths (brand new) and tablecloth. Iron and ironing board. We do not leave any food in the house (no salt, no sugar, no oil, etc.) for reasons of cleanliness and hygiene. The living room has a flat-screen TV and USB port, DVD (with USB port), French fireplace, free WiFi, and a dining area. Separate toilet for the living room and kitchen area. Game room, with billiards, foosball, dart board, collection of board and children's games and television. It also has a bathroom. Outside: The patio has a large open area with grass and another covered area (porch) with a barbecue. The porch is equipped with a table, benches, paella pan, griddle, wave pan (butane cylinder), grills and dishes, it is ideal for tasting some chops made on the fire.
