The living room has a fold-out sofa, the large guest room has a fold-out sofa, and the bedroom has two beds plus a small space for a young child. Comfortably accommodates 4-5 people. Includes everything necessary for grilling, parking for two cars, and Wi-Fi. Our own bar, “Kokin Bro,” is available for guests, offering local herbal teas, homemade liqueurs and infusions, fresh mint lemonades, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Event organization is possible: weddings, birthdays, parties. We have music (1 kW sound system with no neighbors) and a DJ. Bar operation and parties need to be arranged in advance. The house is located in the protected area of the Uvac National Park, with a beautiful view of the surroundings and the Uvac River from the terrace. The area is tranquil and peaceful. SUP boards are available for rent, and we can organize tours of Zlatar Lake, the Uvac River canyons, and local attractions. 15 minutes on foot to Zlatar Lake. 5 km to Radoin Lake and the Uvac River canyons. 10 km to the Nova Varos ski resort and Zlatar's hot air baths. 22 km to the Tornik ski slope, Zlatibor. 25 km to the Priboj hot springs. The village has shops, a restaurant, a grill, and a tavern. You can purchase delicious local honey, Zlatar cheese, and rakija.
