Ocotal Beach is a Magnificent Beach !This Studio is only a short walk to beautiful Ocotal Beach and is 1 mile from Downtown Coco. The Studio is well equipped,with a large refrigerator ,and stove. The condo has 2 large pools ,and a BBQ Area.The internet speed is 7 meg and is ideal for work or online poker . We have recently added a hot water heater , screens on windows and doors ,additional art work , ceiling fan ,and a new flat screen TV with HDMI capability .Ideal for long term stays! The space The studio is capable of handling 3 guests . In a pinch possibly 4 . It is in an ideal location to allow guests to travel to and from the Liberia International Airport within 30 minutes and is very close to 7 local beaches . Internet Speed can be increased in this unit ! The condo is very well equipped for cooking , dining , studying ,and relaxing.Reading lamps , chest of drawers ,hot water , screens on all windows and door, new HDMI flat screen TV , and a kitchen ceiling fan ARE THE LATEST ADDITIONS TO THE CONDO . Beautiful Ocotal Beach offers beach side snorkeling , scuba diving , sport fishing, and water taxi to numerous beach locations .Playas del Coco is ideal for nightlife and fine dining .Buses , taxis , golf carts , and bikes are the recommended modes of transportation and can be easily rented in downtown Coco .FREE BIKE RENTAL FOR ALL GUESTS IN MARCH 2017 . Other things to note We meet guests in downtown Coco at our BIKE RENTAL SHOP on the main boulevard across from HardRock and next to MONGE .There are small stores that are an easy walk from the condominium .RESERVE WATER TANKS WERE INSTALLED AS OF FEB 10 , 2017 .Normal water service has resumed . Guests are expected to conserve on water and electricity .
