This fully serviced apartment has been finished to an extremely high standard. - Open-plan room with a kitchen, dining area and lounge with a fold-down double bed (can be turned into a private en suite bedroom using a folding partition). - roof terrace - lounge with a 55" TV with TV package/ wifi - shower room with toilet which doubles as an en suite if the fold-down bed is used - master bedroom with 4 poster bed adjacent en suite with wet area See the house manual for car parking options. The space The thing that makes this apartment unique is the fact that dining, relaxing and cooking are all in the one open space so nobody ever has to be segregated and it's done with a rustic loft apartment feel. The terrace is the perfect place to have dinner and watch the sun go down or to start the day with breakfast. The aspects are east and west. The terrace is private and not overlooked. Please note: this outdoor space in not suitable for outside cooking as the flooring is not suitable. The main en suite has a Bluetooth bathroom mirror so that you can connect your phone, play music or catch up with the news, plus two sets of USB socket chargers. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment without interruption from the owner Other things to note Please be aware my pricing for two people is based upon two people sharing one bed. If two people wish to use two beds then there will be a charge of £20.00. This charge covers a stay of up to seven days, then reoccurring. If more than the booked number of guests stay at the apartment the guest will be charged at the going rate for the extra guests. The key to the roof terrace door is in the cutlery drawer with the teaspoons The landlord cannot be held responsible for how people behave in respect of being asked not to park in front of the garage.
