This Condo has direct access to the sea. Divided into two levels, the living space is approximately 1,700 square feet. On the first floor a modern Italian Kitchen with breakfast bar opens onto a sitting area and a screened dinning veranda. An additional bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the first level. The second floor has a master bedroom and bathroom as well as a guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Laundry room and car park space are located on the ground floor. The space The 24 units are strategically positioned in a semi-circle. They disappear in a lush tropical garden of exotic flowers, indigenous plants and various palms. Each unit benefits from unobstructed ocean views as well as stunning mountain views from the back veranda. Casual dining is also available, within walking distance along the beach, at the Yachtsman Grill where lobsters, steaks and burgers are served at lunchtime and diner time. Across from the resort is Indian Summer which is an Indian restaurant. Right on property is Barefoot restaurant,open for lunch and dinner daily except on Wednesday. Guest access There is a large circular pool on the beach front that is viewed from every villa on property Other things to note * 17% VAT may be charged on goods and services provided on the island. * We also rent vehicles between $55-$65 per night, all taxes and fees are included. * Credit card payments attracts a 4.5% bank service fee that will be added to the outstanding amount. * Guests are encourage to turn off the AC when the villa is empty. The sliding glass doors welcome the natural breeze very well. Keep the screen door closed when the doors are open to avoid any uninvited insects such as mosquitos. Electricity is very expensive on the island, so we encourage the natural air as much as possible. * The push up windows are very Heavy to open and therefore, we ask for your own safety, NOT to attempt to open them Please! we prefer NOT to have any injuries as the Owner and Host will NOT resume responsibility for any injuries. * A security deposit will be taken upon arrival for any damages that may occur during your stay. This will be taken by way of credit card or cash and will be returned upon departure. * Housekeeping service is provided once during a seven (7) day stay, once per weekly stay up to 14 days and once per week for monthly stay. * Absolutely NO running up and down the stairs especially when WET. Owner and HOST will NOT resume responsibility
