Johtola
Johtola
Description
This Johtola-house built in the year 1912 by architect Otto F. Holm, has been lovingly restored and transformed into a spacious home – outside the city, just a 15-minute drive from Mikkeli. This Johtola was once the dwelling and working place of the property's headmaster and his family. The property is now a health and lifestyle center, and this rare gem is available for holiday stays or special functions upon request. The space Johtola has tree bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. There are beds for 11 adults and 2 cots. Spacious living room, dining room and kitchen are found in downstairs. In the kitchen there is dishwasher, microwave, oven, caffee maker, kettle and dishes and cutlery. In basement there is bathroom and sauna. Guest access Whole house is only for guest use. Other things to note Koivikko is a smoke free property focused on health and healing. Come give your lungs a break and breathe in the fresh air of the Finnish forest. If alcohol is used we wish it to be with consideration towards the other tenants and their peace. No animals are allowed in the house. In winter floors may be cool. It is good to bring warm socks or slippers with you.
