The house is very well equipped with kitchen, utensils, plates, cups, dishes, bbq, parking for up to 10 vehicles and bedrooms with ocean views. The space We have a wonderful beach side 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom home. The property is fully equipped cooking and cleaning utensils. It is situated on Playa San Marcelino with its own private beach just steps away from the backyard. We also have just constructed a gorgeous gazebo for guests to enjoy a starry night on the beach. Additionally guests have outside showers that can be used after a fun filled day at the beach. Guest access Guests have rights to all recreational venues on the property. This includes the pool, hammocks, kitchen, oceanfront ranch, pool side BBQ grill, and one oceanfront.
