This wonderful home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a detached guest house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for groups of 2-14. Renting this property occupies the entire main house along with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms from the guesthouse, depending on the size of the group. This private tranquil home provides everything to make your stay as easy as possible from Washer/dryer, BBQ pit, paddle boards, Kayak's to beach towels. With a full time caretaker that can help you with anything you should need. The space There is a large porch that overlooks the turquoise water of the Caribbean, a sea pool and an expansive ocean view allowing you to see the mountains of Honduras 30 miles away. The island is situated on the world's second longest barrier reef, the house is sitting on top the reef so you can walk into the ocean from the dock in front of the house, bringing you to the reef, making snorkeling available daily. We are located on the Southeast side of Roatan where the trade winds keep it cool and comfortable. It is the perfect place to watch for wildlife dolphins, and other marine life, hummingbirds, hermit crabs, geckos, iguanas and lizards. The home is warm and inviting with all the comforts of home from washer/dryer to BBQ pit to beach towels we provide everything. We can arrange fishing, snorkeling, a Mangrove tour, scuba diving, fishing charters, swimming with the dolphins, diving with sharks, Canopy tours, horseback riding, Iguana farm, tropical garden, and other tours for an additional charge. The island is only accessible by boat, so we can arrange for a driver to pick you up from the airport by car for an additional charge and take you to the dock to arrive on the property by boat. The boat transportation is provide at no charge whenever you want to go across. The island is situated on the world's second longest barrier reef. The house is sitting on top the reef so you can walk into the ocean in front of the house when the tide is out and explore the flats, and you are on the reef, making snorkeling available daily. You will find Roatan is a beautiful, charming, safe place to visit with friendly islanders. Guest access The main house is private and the guesthouse is just across a walk path. Your group will have private access to the facilities and features of the main house, such as the waterfront views and natural pool as well as the shared spaces in the guesthouse. There is a dock in the front of the home that allows you to snorkel with ease. There is beach chairs, paddle boards, kayak's available. Other things to note This home can only be reached by boat. My caretaker will pick you up and drop you off in Oak Ridge free of charge anytime you want to go across. Also Elect is very expensive on the island so we request you conserve by turning off lights and A/C when not in your bedrooms. We are listed on other sites.
