Also features a fireplace, makeup nook, a separate seating area with a full size sleeper sofa bed, full kitchen & small dining area. Local brew coffee, creamer & tea is included, pets welcome. Located in Seaview, our property offers easy access to the beach and the 12-mile Discovery Trail, along with a selection of restaurants and unique villages along the 27-mile peninsula. Our amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, mixer, blender, baking essentials, spices, and olive oil. Additionally, we offer a queen bed, makeup nook, a full bathroom with a shower and tub, a queen-size sleeper sofa, pet-friendly accommodations, locally roasted Long Beach Coffee, Roku with 200+ live TV channels and thousands of movies, plus popular apps, complimentary Wi-Fi, filtered water, board games, beach towels, and an antique copper sink. The outdoor common area features covered seating under the gazebo and a firepit, along with giant connect four and the popular lawn game cornhole (not available in winter). A few doors down is North Jetty Brewery, known for its locally brewed award winning beers, they are a family-friendly establishment until 6 PM. Our central location on the peninsula places you 0.6 miles from the beach entrance, a short 11-minute walk or drive. Tide pools are located south of the entrance. Cape Disappointment State Park and North Head Lighthouse are approximately 3.5 miles away. The property is best suited for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The queen-size sleeper sofa, newly upgraded as of September 2025, comfortably seats three and features a 5-inch upgraded memory foam mattress. Built in 1926, this cottage has a ceiling height of 6’8″. In the living room there is a 7-inch- wide ceiling beam with 6’3″ clearance. There are a few outdoor only cameras and some ring doorbell's so you can reach us in emergencies like if you get locked out or your phone doesn't work. Enchanted Cottages by the Sea property consists of 2 buildings & 4 units. This ground level cottage "Hollyhock" & 3 other cottages. There is a unit above you on the 2nd floor. The other 3 cottages are Sandpiper, Captain's Cottage and Serendipity, a separate 2 bed room 1098 sq ft cottage. Guest access We use what we call a *Boarding Pass* that is sent to you after booking to provide a easy guest experience. Boarding Pass contains all your check in information, smart lock codes, guidebooks and parking information. It is your all in one guide to our property. We are required by state and local laws to collect guest information and a photo of your ID. This is easy to do in the Boarding Pass link we send you. You will need to sign a waiver/pet agreement to stay with us. If you disagree with our waiver/agreement cancel within 24 hours of booking or within the cancellation window to avoid cancellation fees. We use a 3rd party to be in compliance with state and local laws for guest information and photo ID. Enso Connect is an official Verified Airbnb partner. Enso Connect is the only authorized third-party platform for digital guest experience solutions in the vacation rental space. All information is entered and handled by Enso Connect. ****IMPORTANT**** Your phone number on file with Airbnb needs to be correct. Also if you do not have a cell phone let us know ASAP so we can get you the door code in advance! Smart electronic locks with a door code. Key is for backup emergency use only. Other things to note Limited on site parking but plenty of street parking. We have dedicated parking spaces is labeled "Hollyhock", please only use your dedicated spot. Extra vehicles have lots of room for parking on the street. Shared yard spaces with other guests. Three other cottages located on the property. Dogs under 100 pounds allowed, pets are an additional $30 fee per stay. Max of 1 large dog or 2 small dogs under 30lbs. If you want to bring 2 large dogs or 3 small dogs the pet fee will be doubled. We will send you a payment request that must be paid before check-in. Pets Must be people & dog friendly because of shared courtyard space with other guests and dogs. No laundry room access for guests but extra bedding and sheets are available. Need more please send us a message and extra can be arranged. Due to kitchen ventilation, it is best for light and average cooking. **NO COOKING CLAMS IN THE KITCHENS** The smell last for DAYS! We are a No Smoking property including marijuana and vaping. If smoke or heavy odors are detected in the cottage a up to $200.00 cleaning fee is charged to remove residual odors. Wish we didn't have to add this but people will be people unfortunately. **You are responsible for your pet. Dogs only and current on vaccinations. If your dog has fleas you could be charged up to $500 for pest control treatment of the unit. You may also be charged for any cancelled reservations due to treatment time** Undeclared pets will result in immediate cancellation.
