Adda is a contemporary apartment in a small brand-new residential building. Literally by the slopes and in the city-centre, this home of 48 sqm features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom plus one separate WC, modern equipment and a fully-equipped kitchen. A balcony with a magnificent view and a ski locker are also at your disposal. The building offers a wellness area comprising of a hammam (currently closed due to Covid-19)and a sauna . Also, a lounge area is available in the lobby. The space The combination of modern design yet Alpine charm makes this accommodation unique. An additional single bed of 80 x 200cm may be set up on request. The home truths: End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided. The bedroom with the bunk bed is quite small. The wellness area is closed during summer season. Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property. While private parking is unavailable, there are multiple public parking lots in close proximity to the property. Guest access A living area of 48 sqm plus a balcony. You also have access to a municipal parking lot and a ski locker.
