This unit can accommodate up to eight guests and is in an amazing location for everything Breckenridge has to offer. Take advantage of the proximity of downtown life as well as the nearby ski lifts and hiking trails that are all within walking distance! Your group will love the cozy living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, and access to the nearby Upper Village pools & hot tubs. The space This 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom Winter Point townhouse is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. The bedrooms are located upstairs and have similar layouts: a king size bed, twin over twin bunk beds, and an en suite bathroom with shower tubs. There is an outdoor patio off of one of the bedrooms with a lovely view of the mountains. The bedrooms are ideal for young families and larger groups and conveniently located on their own floor above the kitchen and living room. The main floor is a split level with the kitchen and half bathroom on one level and the living room and fireplace on the other. The kitchen has all of the amenities needed to make meals in the comfort of the home and there is a BBQ for grilling. There is plenty of seating for your group to enjoy each other's company while preparing and eating meals. The spacious kitchen table is ideal for sharing a meal at the end of a long day of adventure! The living room features a sectional sofa and a smart TV. There is a patio off of the living room to enjoy the outdoor mountain air. Other things to note Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C. Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay. The garage can fit cars and small SUVs such as Ford Escapes, Chevy Equinox or GMC Terrain/Acadia. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note, the indoor/outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and indoor hot tub operate seasonally on 4 O'Clock Road. They open with the ski area on the 2nd Friday in November and close in September.
