Rent studio with loggia located in a secure residence, on the 6th floor, with elevator, located opposite the entrance to the Royat thermal baths. The studio is located close to the casino and all shops. The studio is ideally located with a bus stop in front that takes you directly to Place de Jaude or Clermont-Ferrand train station. Finally, a second stop takes you to Vulcania and Puy de Dôme. The Chamalières-Royat SNCF train station is a 5-minute walk from the residence. The space located on the 6th floor, the studio, bright and refurbished, has all the amenities: a double bed (140 x 200) with ergonomic mattress, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette (induction cooktop, fridge, microwave, mini oven, kettle and Senseo coffee maker, cutlery); a bathroom, separate toilet, and the little extra, a loggia with table and chairs allowing you to have a view of the thermal baths and its park. The studio also has a washing machine and air cooler. All linens are made of organic cotton. Linens are provided and include: kitchen towels, two large bath towels, a small bath towel, sheets as well as a duvet and a duvet cover.
