This lovely two-storey house can accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms and it’s conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and daily amenities. Layout Entering the house from the main entrance on the ground floor, a staircase leads you directly to the first floor where a spacious open plan area is located, consisting of the living room and dining area. The seating area features a cosy sofa, armchairs, 49" HDTV, and Playstation 4 and also offers direct access to a balcony enjoying stunning sea and sunset views. The kitchen next to the living room is fully equipped, so you can prepare lovely meals at ease and also offers a water filter and second dining area. Furthermore, three of the bedrooms can be found on this level. The master bedroom boasts a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Going through the master bedroom, there is a twin bedroom, separated by a sliding door that provides a perfect layout for a family with children. This bedroom has direct access to a balcony, overlooking the garden below, which is accessible through a staircase. Additionally, another bedroom with 2 single beds and an additional bathroom with shower are available on the first floor. Ascending a staircase from the dining area, guests can reach the attic featuring a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom opens to a spacious balcony with a sitting area which is the perfect spot to enjoy panoramic views and the sea breeze. Going through the master bedroom, there is the final bedroom again separated by a door. The fifth bedroom offers 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double one, upon request, as well as direct access to a balcony boasting a fancy 2 seater hot tub. Relax, unwind and enjoy tranquillity and comfort in this exquisite and unique home and take in the beautiful vistas. Last but not least, the garden on the lower floor provides a spacious lawn-covered area, surrounded by trees, which is perfect for the kids to play. Guest access Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoors and outdoors!
