Unwind in the primary bedroom with a king bed, balcony access, and ensuite with walk-in shower. There is a queen guest bedroom and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. The guest bathroom also offers a walk-in shower. An added bonus if you have to do a little work while on vacation, the owners have added a little office space for you to touch base with the office, if you have to, or help your students get a little homework done. With great views of the Back Bay and a community boat / kayak launch just 2 doors down, you can explore the water as well as our famous white sugar sandy beach just a 5-minute walk away and an easy stroll to our downtown area. Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
