Stay in an original Appenzell farmhouse renovated in spring 22 with 4 bedrooms, 1 living room + 2 bathrooms. The house is secluded in the middle of a sheep pasture. Nevertheless you are in 10min in the city of St.Gallen. It has parking for about 3 cars; 50m away there is a bus stop. It has a nice outdoor area with deck chairs and hammock for relaxation and with 2 barbecue areas. The large garden with slide, swing, sandbox etc. is ideal for children. The space The house is suitable for the stay of 4-6 adults, 3 children and a baby. - The upstairs and downstairs were demolished and rebuilt in 2021, so no parties are allowed. - The foundation walls date back to 1650 - on the first floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, 1 living room with a pull-out sofa bed and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. - on the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with 3 beds and 1 baby travel bed, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine - in the attic there is a loft-like large room with a double bed and sitting area - the kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, crockery etc. - Despite all the luxury, it is an old homey farmhouse with all the pros and cons, for example, the wood rattles when you walk. - It has a 300 liter water heater, a heat pump and solar energy. - It is simply but functionally furnished and spreads cottage feeling. Guest access You have access to all living areas. Other things to note Under no circumstances should sanitary towels and nappies be disposed of in the toilet, as this could cause great damage.
