Therefore, the base price is low, but increases for each guest above 2 . If your group is smaller, please contact me and I may be able to accommodate you or suggest another apartment. MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS I usually only accept reservations for 3 nights during weekends, but sometimes can make exceptions, so don't hesitate to ask if you wish to stay shorter than that :) BASIC INFO: Apartment surface: 102,5sqm Floor: 1 (no elevator) Number of stairs: 30 ROOMS DESCRIPTION: Bedrooms 1: 1 double bed (180x200cm) can be separated into two separate single beds (90x200cm) 2: 1 double bed (180x200cm) can be separated into two separate single beds (90x200cm) 3: 1 double bed (180x200cm) can be separated into two separate single beds (90x200cm) 4: 1 double bed (180x200cm) can be separated into two separate single beds (90x200cm) + 1 double sofa bed (140x200cm) 1 sofa in the living room (It doesn't change in bed) Equipped kitchen. Nice living room with sofa and dining table. 2 Bathrooms with shower and toilet. 2 balconies :) Please be aware that this apartment is located in a residential building in the city center. Normal city noises may be heard from outside (e.g., loud conversations, street noise, ambulances). Families with children and pets can live in the building and conduct normal activities (e.g., social gatherings, cleaning, renovations) while respecting the quiet hours (10 p.m.-6 a.m.). We ensure that these rules are followed. Guest access TAP WATER In Krakow, you can safely drink water straight from the tap, without boiling it, it contains minerals: calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium. You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay to explore and enjoy ;) Apartment is equipped as standard polish house. If you have any doubts about what you'll find here, contact me :) In apartment you can expect to find: For each guest: fresh linen, duvet (150x 200cm), 1 pillow (50x60cm), 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel, 2in1 (30 ml shampoo & shower gel) **Extra bath towels cost 10zł and hand ones 7zł. Pickup and payment at our office if requested later than 7 days prior to arrival. Each Bathroom: soap, bath mat, hair dryer. Kitchen: paper towels, dish towel, sugar, salt and pepper, coffee, tea big fridge with freezer, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. Standard kitchen tools and dishes for 10 persons. Leisure: Sofa and TV (with HDMI port & international channels), dining table with chairs (standard one prepared for 8 person), 2 balconies, city maps Other: washing machine, washing powder, laundry basin, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan. For guests who are in the apartment over 7 days we offer cleaning service, fresh linen and towels each 7 days. This cleaning is complimentary.
