Stroll to parks, shops and eateries or make yourself comfortable right here at home. On arrival you’ll be greeted by a quaint veranda overlooking the leafy streetscape. Stepping into the property, the living room keeps things cosy with plush sofa seating and a TV. Down the hallway you’ll find the kitchen and dining area. It’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a freestanding gas oven and a dishwasher for easy clean up. There’s a breakfast bar for slow mornings at home, but if the weather permits, dine alfresco within the pretty courtyard. It comes with a mix of alfresco seating perfect for your morning coffee, an afternoon wine or simply to relax with a good book. Back inside, the property has two sumptuous bedrooms. The double bedroom is located downstairs and set with side tables, a chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. Upstairs you’ll find the king-sized suite. A skylight bathes the space in natural light, while air-conditioning and a ceiling fan keep you comfortable. There is also a dedicated workspace with a monitor and ergonomic chair for those needing to catch up on emails. The bathroom has been beautifully updated with a spacious shower, toilet and mirrored basin to help guests feel refreshed. An internal laundry adds to your everyday convenience with a washing machine. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire townhouse to yourself. Please make yourself at home! It offers easy access to both the city and airport and is bounded by beautiful parklands including Sydney Park and Centennial Park. Shop for ethical furniture at Koskela, find supermarkets and eateries at East Village and enjoy a dip in the newly opened Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre. Parking: There are paid paring spaces within a 15-minute walk. Airport: 12 minutes by car, or 25 minutes by train (including a 10-minute walk from Green Square station) Public Transport: 5-minute walk to the bus stop on Botany Rd Please read and respect the house rules. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ~ Linen ~ Please note that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of the stay. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee. There is one bath towel per guest for your entire stay and one bathroom set per bathroom which includes 2 face towels, 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat. Any spare linen we keep on site that are used during your stay comes at an additional charge ($7 for opened used bath sets / $29 for bed sets). ~ Complimentary Toiletries ~ Please note the hotel type toiletry kit we supply is complimentary for you, and is designed to just start off your stay. This kit is not designed as a replacement for your own preferred toiletries for the duration of your stay, and cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one kit per bathroom (not one per guest staying) ~ Pet Stays ~ We are pet-friendly—please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. Please note if you have more than one pet, please check with us at the time of booking, as some owners would prefer a max of 1 pet per stay. ~ Long Stays ~ We accept long stays at this apartment, however any stay of 28 days or more, incurs an additional cleaning fee of $120 (as we are required to do a deep clean here for stays of that length or more). We can also offer in stay cleans for long stays for $283 which includes full clean, and fresh laundered professional linen. ~ Letterbox Use ~ Note that for security purposes for the owner, we do not have access or a key to the letterbox for the apartment. Do not get mail posted to you at the address because we will have no way to retrieve it for you from the letterbox. Any important hard copy mail that you need sent to you while you stay with us, should be sent to the nearest post office for you to pick up instead (you can check online Australia Post for this information)
