This five-bedroom home boasts a lounge-worthy living room, a terrace, and a manicured lawn complete with swings and other outdoor furnishings. The Reflection House is special because of its: - Scenic location, amidst sweeping hills - Manicured lawn with an attached cabana - Buddha statue adorning the lawn - An air-conditioned games area with a pool table and comfortable seating. - Al fresco dining - Sprawling terrace overlooking the surrounding hills - Private swimming pool - Modern decor We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, washing machine, dryer - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars and 4 bikes This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 5 air conditioned bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. - All rooms offer an array of amenities including a king-sized bed and Wi-Fi access. - Both rooms on the ground floor open up to the private patio, and all rooms on the first floor have an attached, running balcony, overlooking the pool and the garden. - 5 rooms offer an attached bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in all the attached bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - There is a spacious living room on the ground floor of the villa. It offers U-shaped seating for up to 8 people. - It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi access and a TV. - The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 8 people. - The exteriors of the villa feature a sprawling half-acre lawn, complete with swings and a cabana, ideal for an alfresco feast. - It can seat up to 8 people. - Carrom and chess boards are available on the property. - There is a private heated swimming pool, 4.5 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pool from 9 AM to 10 PM. - The pool deck makes for an ideal spot to unwind in. It has pool loungers and sit-out space. - An air-conditioned games area with a pool table and comfortable seating. - Guests can soak in the gorgeous surrounding views from the terrace. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery. Heated Swimming Pool - There is a private heated swimming pool, 4.5 ft. in depth. - Guests have access to the pool from 9 AM to 10 PM. A charge of Rs. 7500 will be levied if the guests require pool heating. The request needs to be made 24 hours in advance. - The pool deck makes for an ideal spot to unwind in. It has pool loungers and sit-out space. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Guests can go out to nearby restaurants such as Konkan Katta, Amravan Restaurant, NH66 Garden Restaurant, Nivaant Restaurant.  - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.  - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.  Please Note: - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool. Play indoor games like cards, table tennis, pool and foosball. Take a leisurely stroll on the beautifully manicured lawn, unwind in the cabana and enjoy an alfresco feast. Head over to the terrace and soak in the misty breeze and savour the splendid landscapes. Relish a lavish barbecue spread. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - A cost of ₹7,500 per night will be applicable for pool heating if requested by the guest. This request must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. - Manicure, pedicure, and massage services can be arranged at an additional cost with prior notice, at least one day in advance. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The stay is a part of a gated society. - Guests are advised to be cautious, given the presence of snakes, frogs and bats around. - The interiors of the property are wheelchair accessible, however, there are 10 steps leading up to the villa. - In case of a power outage, a generator is available. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Cellular networks may be spotty, however, guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
