The house, surrounded by an ancient green garden, is located in the very quiet and easily accessible suburban area of Marsala, about 150 meters from a restaurant/pizzeria, about 1200 meters from the pier for the Island of Mothia, about 1000 meters from the Stagnone (a very popular and practiced sea area for kitesurfing) and about 5 km from the airport V. Florio airport. It has a garden and veranda in the front and back and is furnished with everything needed for a peaceful vacation. The space In the front part you can take advantage of a large free and guarded parking as well as a garden while in the back part there is a veranda with table and chairs bordering a well-kept citrus grove and also a gazebo with table and chairs in the middle of a vast green lawn. Guest access Guests can access the garden at the entrance, the veranda/garden at the back of the house, the green lawn and the above-ground pool. All for their exclusive use. Other things to note There is an above-ground swimming pool that is used exclusively by the guests of the vacation home, which is generally open from June 15 to September 15 but can be opened earlier and closed later, weather permitting, at the request of the guests.
