The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a stress-free stay, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and essential cookware. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or enjoying a home-cooked meal, the spacious dining area offers a welcoming space to eat and relax. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a super king-size bed, which can be split into two singles for flexible sleeping arrangements, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom has a single bed, making it ideal for a solo traveller, child, or additional guest. The main bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your comfort. Parking is completely hassle-free, with on-site spaces available directly at the property. There’s no need to worry about finding a spot, making it a convenient choice for guests travelling by car. Guest access This home is perfectly situated to explore Norwich’s historic city centre and Norfolk’s scenic countryside and coastline. Within a Short Drive: Norwich City Centre (15-minute drive) – A vibrant mix of history, shopping, and dining, featuring Norwich Market, The Lanes, and Chantry Place Shopping Centre. Norwich Cathedral (15-minute drive) – A stunning medieval landmark with peaceful cloisters and an impressive spire. Damages: We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery. Terms of Stay: A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.
