Floating Paradise - Sunrise Room

Floating Paradise is your gateway to connect with the natural beauty of Karimunjawa. Submerge yourself in nature, finding peace and tranquility in the comfort of a family run guesthouse. The Eco conscious property is suspended above water on wooden stilts. Currently, this is the only property in the entire bay, yet still being only a 15 minute journey to the centre of town. We offer private boat tours from the guesthouse as well as a host of other activities. The space Floating Paradise is located in the east of the island. It's a 15 minute drive from town along a small paved road, which will take you to the bay. From there, you can get picked up by our motorised boat, or travel along the dirt path, which takes you all the way to the parking area. Please note that the road it unlit at night, and is a narrow, hilly road, so if you are unsure about traveling this road by scooter, you can take a taxi. Guest access There are 3 uniquely crafted bamboo, wooden bungalows built on top of the sea, in a mangrove bay at our guesthouse. Each bungalow has a private bathroom with a fresh water shower, flushing toilet and sink. Each room also has a double bed, mosquito net, plug sockets, a 2x2 meter window and a second openable window. Each private balcony has sea views with a seating area and small table. Other things to note This guesthouse is ideal for the relaxed adventurer, who is willing to live right in the middle of nature. Floating Paradise is unique because it is one of the only properties on the island where you can dive directly into the sea (most of the island's beaches have shallow waters). The guesthouse is far away enough from the town that we are not connected to the main island electricity, so we depend on our own 24 hour solar powered system, to provide us with electricity. We also have our own fresh water well. We have a very relaxed and tame cat that live on site as our natural pest control. People with allergies generally don't suffer here as the cat lives outside.
