The living room is spacious, with 2 sofas, including a sofa bed that can provide two additional sleeping places if needed. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet. The cottage is also equipped with Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a TV with cable channels. It has a terrace with a barbecue in a private wooded garden. The cottage is located in the hamlet of Baumelin, in the heart of the beautiful Rance Valley, 2 km from the village of Guenroc and 20 km south of the charming medieval town of Dinan. Just a short walk from the house, you can enjoy beautiful walks through the woods of the Rance Valley to the Rophemel dam. We are a 35-minute drive from the stunning Côte d'Émeraude, with its seaside resorts of Dinard and Saint-Lunaire, the famous Port of Saint-Malo, and the beautiful beaches of Saint-Cas-le-Guildo and Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer. Lake Bétineuc, where you can enjoy water sports, swimming, fishing, and sailing, is only 12 km away. The private Château de Beaumont is a 5-minute walk away, the Château de Couellan in Caulnes, with its magnificent gardens, is a 10-minute drive away, and the medieval Château de Combourg is 35 minutes away.
