Charming double bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower on a separate floor of this three story house in a quiet, secluded private development. Close to historic Hampton Court Palace and it's world famous Flower Show, Kew Gardens & Richmond/Bushy Parks, Twickenham (rugby) and Wimbledon (tennis) and a short walk to the River Thames, with frequent trains to Waterloo a couple of minutes away, it's an ideal base to call home while you visit London. Guest access In addition to their private room with ensuite shower room, guests will have access to the dining area and the patio beyond on sunny mornings for continental breakfast with fresh, home made bread, which is included in the price During your stay I will welcome guests as they arrive, show them their bedroom and bathroom, offer a cup of tea or coffee and give them information about the local area and beyond. In the mornings I will be available if needed for help and advice regarding their planned day and leisurely chats during breakfast. Other things to note Continental breakfast will be provided at your convenience. Fresh, home made bread, jams and marmalade plus yoghurt, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. I am a baker and make all kinds of breads for delivery to locals every week. Fridays are my busy baking days so the smell of freshly baked breads are likely to greet you that morning.
