A small kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, tea, a refrigerator, and other essentials for a short stay. The balcony is comfortably furnished and perfect for relaxing. The quiet location of the building allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony. Laundry washing and drying facilities are available in the basement for an additional fee of €0.50 per wash or dry cycle.
