Lodge = Renovated historic home of about 80 square meters, with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single CASTLE beds, private bathroom, large living room with kitchen + sofa bed for the fifth person, shaded outdoor veranda with table and chairs, and plenty of green space available. It is equipped with bath towels and sheets, TV, A/C, kitchen utensils and cookware, and a refrigerator. Nearby, about 500 meters away, there are large supermarkets for your shopping. The space The Antica Masseria Pescu offers hospitality in spacious rooms. The JUNIOR SUITES include breakfast and daily cleaning, double or triple, or in the two-room LODGES for up to 5 people each equipped with a kitchenette, therefore without breakfast and without the daily cleaning service, however, final cleaning and bed linen and towels are included. All rooms have vaulted ceilings and the masonry is so thick that it guarantees cool in summer and warm in winter. The JUNIOR SUITES are equipped with every comfort (TV, minibar, air conditioner, bathroom with shower, hairdryer) and inside silence and relaxation are guaranteed (extra-sized double bed with hydrocell mattress). Each room has a separate entrance and an external canopy, equipped with a small table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a suggestive panoramic view. In front of the central body of the farm, in a panoramic position at the top of the slope, there is the swimming pool (about 100 square meters), equipped with sunbeds, tables and armchairs: a small gazebo offers shelter when the sun is hot: those who love the shade can take refuge in the relaxing oases created in the woods among holm oaks, carob trees and oaks. Going down the short slope you reach the LODGES. The Lodges are furnished in the same style as the farmhouse. Finally, at the edge of the forest, a very old building (probably dating back to the 14th century) overlooking the underground oil mill dug by hand into the rock, testifies to the production and processing of olive oil. Walking in the woods of the farm, among the plants of the scrub it is possible to see, in addition to the hypogeum mill, also the ancient quarry from which the tuff was extracted, material used in local construction. Guest access The WESTERN LODGE is located inside our Masseria Pescu and can accommodate up to 5 people. The outdoor spaces, the swimming pool, the internal parking and the barbecue are shared with the other guests inside the Masseria, which can accommodate a maximum of 20 people. In our house/farm, you will find all the peace and tranquility you want, we are immersed in nature and the only sounds you hear are the humming of birds, and the unmistakable sound emitted by cicadas. The panoramic designer swimming pool is available, and there is a holm oak forest on our property where you can live in direct contact with nature, away from the stresses of the city. You can enjoy your relaxation in your independent 80-square-meter apartment with a bathroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, an open-plan living room with a kitchen and sofa bed for the fifth person, a shaded outdoor canopy equipped with a table and chairs, and lots of nature and woods, all fenced in by the property.
