On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom. A flight of stairs leads to the mezzanine, where the master bedroom is located. Guest access Guests can access all the rooms of the apartment and the internal garden. The garden is shared with the other apartments. Each apartment has a personal external area equipped with armchairs, tables, and seats for eating al fresco. Other things to note A WIFI connection is available in the interior spaces and in the garden. The parking is external and public. Air conditioning is available without restrictions and the apartment is also equipped with individually controlled central heating.
