Our's is a fully equipped private beach villa with direct access to the beach, equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one living room, kitchen, and private terrace. Set in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the home has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, and Smart TV with DTH, a fully equipped kitchen, and car parking. Our bright, peppy interiors are sure to make you smile. With numerous windows throughout the house, you will enjoy a fresh breeze. Our property is 100 meters away from the Beach. The space This listing is for a 2 bedroom-hall-kitchen home. The hall has a cozy sofa bed and both bedrooms have a queen bed, air-conditioned with which we can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. There is a kitchen fully equipped with pots and pans, and appliances like fridge, induction stove and kettle. In the hall, comfortable seats with 43" LED Smart TV including DTH and a separate dining table are available in the kitchen. The balcony has a wonderful sit-out with a green grass mat for families and couples. There are 2 common bathrooms in the villa. One in the ground floor and the other in the first floor. Both Bathrooms have hot water facilities and are equipped with pressure pumps. The villa is equipped with UPS (battery) for lights and fans. The home has been thoughtfully furnished, keeping in mind the needs of travellers - whether you are staying for a day or for a few months. The bathrooms are also nicely designed with mirrors and shelves. Soap, towels, liquid hand-wash, shampoo are also provided in the bathroom. The villa has an open terrace to enjoy the sea breeze. < Regarding Swimming Pool, we will provide 1 hour per day between 3 pm to 10 pm.>> Guest access The villa is in a gated community with private beach access & your own private car parking facility.
