Everything is super close. The space This beautiful newly remodeled apartment has a room with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and heating. A sofa-bed and high-speed internet and Smart TV. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with Stove, Refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee maker and kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, glasses, silverware, glasses and pans). Public parking (about 14 euros per 24 hours is about 250m from the apartment depending on the one you choose). All the options are very close to the apartment. The apartment is located in the historic town of the city and the streets are pedestrian. However, they let you load and unload passengers and suitcases. Park your car and forget to use it during your stay. Everything is very close by, Shops, Restaurants and Bars. (Sports BBQ, O Comellon, Black Tapestry, Casa do Pulpo) Other things to note Please treat my home as if it were your home. * From 22:00 to 10:00 no noise can be made. We accept pets. They have an extra charge of 10€ (euros) per pet per night. It will be charged at check-in in cash for the number of nights in the reservation. * Upon arrival to facilitate check-in, we need your ID or Passport and you are asked to bring €50 (euros) in deposit cash. Which will be reimbursed at your punctual departure (until 12 pm maximum or before) in its entirety. * For your safety we have a camera installed outside the apartment, in front of the main door.
