The 120 m² holiday home is located in the tranquil village of Stahlbrode, between Stralsund and Greifswald, and was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2015. From the fitted kitchen to the fireplace, for balmy evenings, to the barrel sauna, everything is available in our cottage, so you don't have to forego any comfort during your stay. The furnished sun terrace with barbecue has an impressive size of about 75 m² and is part of the approx. 450 m², fenced property. It is located on the east gable of the house and is designed so that our guests can enjoy the sun almost all day. From here you also have a wonderful view of the harbor and the Strelasund all the way to Rügen. A car parking space is located directly at the house. Immediately next to the house there is a barrel sauna (coin deposit), which is reserved exclusively for you. The charging of electric cars is prohibited. On the ground floor you will find an open kitchen with attached dining and living area with fireplace and 2 sofa beds (140x200) as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with two single beds (90x200), the wardrobe and of course the hallway. Upstairs there is a small bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine as well as another wonderfully spacious bedroom with king size box spring bed (180x200; separate mattresses) from where you have a particularly beautiful view of the Strelasund. Enjoy the passing sailboats or the raging waves from here. The whole house is heated by a modern gas heater from here. Thus, even in the winter months, a pleasant temperature is always provided.
