A11, 10 Mins. The market town of Dereham is a 7 min drive hosting a variety of supermarkets and amenities including Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl. The histotic city of Norwich is only a 20min drive with great shopping, fabulous restaurants and excellent night life. ***PLEASE READ OTHER NOTES*** The space The house is a beautiful large modern family home. Spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Lots of childrens books and toys, a high chair, dvd player, and netflix. There is a downstairs bedroom (5) (only available for bookings of 10 or more guests). which has a king-size bed. There is also a large downstairs shower room and toilet. Upstairs, there are 4 large bedrooms, bedroom one is an en-suite with tv and netflix and a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a tv, bunk beds with a small double (4ft) on the bottom, and a single on top. There is also a travel cot, but you would need to provide bedding for this. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Bedroom 4 has single bunk beds and a single bed. There is an upstairs bathroom as well as the ensuite shower room. We have a fully enclosed landscaped garden with bespoke outdoor seating and fire pit area and colourful led lights. The property benefits from off-road parking for up to 4 cars, there is also plenty of street parking. *** PLEASE READ OTHER NOTES*** Guest access Access to Woodsend is via Meadow View (Private Cul-De-Sac). With parking for 3 cars, 2 spaces on a Brick Weave driveway and an additional 1 on the shingle driveway. there is also space on the grass at the front and on the road if needed. Other things to note At least two guests must be over 25, and no parties are allowed. The downstairs bedroom will be locked to any bookings under 10 people. If you require this room and there are less than 10 paying guests (infants are non-paying), then please message me, and it can be opened for an additional £30 per night. ***Any guests that are not declared in the booking but stay at the property will be charged at an additional £30p.p.p.n Booking the 5th bedroom does not constitute an increase in the number of guests on the booking*** Up to 2 small dogs are welcome, but there is an additional charge. Please ask if you would like a net of logs, kindling, and fire lighters supplied. These will be £20 or you are welcome to bring your own. A damage deposit of £250 will be required for all bookings.
