The place is a 3 story townhouse. Upon entering through the front door you are at the main level. On the main level is the living room, kitchen and private deck. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and master bath. The Second bedroom is downstairs from the main level and has a King size bed, attached bathroom, and laundry room. There is 2 assigned parking spots for this listing. Any additional cars will have to be parked offsite. The space This is one of the most chic and convenient locations in Knoxville. We are walking distance from Earthfare, Kroger, and some really great dining options. Downtown Knoxville, and the UT campus is about 5-10 min drive depending on traffic. I hope you enjoy your stay.
