"Picnic Room and Pool" is ideal for those who want to visit Lake Garda and its enchanting surroundings, then return to rest away from the traffic and hustle and bustle of the lakefront. Here you can enjoy the silence of the garden, cool off in the pool, or relax on your veranda. The room has a private entrance and overlooks the pool and garden. The location is strategic, being the lake, the villages, the parks and the most must-see attractions all within a few minutes' drive. The space "Picnic Room and Pool" consists of a room that opens directly onto a windowed veranda that will be for your exclusive use. On the veranda there is a small kitchenette, equipped with an induction cooker, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, pots, dishes, etc. and everything you need to prepare or heat small meals. Note that it's not a real kitchen but it could be helpful when you prefer to stay for dinner by the pool instead of going out. Guest access Your veranda overlooks the pool directly, located inside the garden. The outdoor spaces are exclusively available to guests of the Picnic Room and Pool (therefore only yours if you book) and to us owners. Our presence is occasional, as we are a couple often busy with work or away from home. The spaces, which include a garden and pool, are not technically for exclusive use, but in all likelihood you will have them available for yourself most of the time Other things to note Picnic Room and Pool is located in the Municipality of Castelnuovo del Garda, a well-served village, with everything you need for a comfortable stay: supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, banks, pastry shops, bakery, laundry and much more, all within walking distance. Despite not having a real historic center or busy tourist streets, it is ideal for those who want a quiet environment, away from the chaos of the busiest areas of the lakefront, but without sacrificing the convenience of reaching the main attractions of the area in a few minutes by car. If you don't have a car or prefer not to use it, we are available to provide you with information about the public transport available. Accommodation tax: Please note that guests will be required to pay the accommodation tax, to be paid at the property, in cash, at the time of your arrival of 1.00 Euro per day per person (children under 12 do not pay it) Separate collection: Guests must respect the methods and times of collection.
