Cottage in Fallbrook

Our cottage is located at the top of a hill on a 2 acre property. Enjoy beautiful views, quiet rural location, artful decor and driving distance to hikes, wine-tasting, beaches and casinos. Families and pets are welcome! The space Enjoy our peaceful garden cottage. The 2-bedroom cottage is very comfortable with colorful artistic decor. It has a cozy queen bedroom, a second bedroom/office with a double bed and large desk, living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining area. If you need a third bed I can set up a single mattress (with bedding of course) on the floor of the second bedroom. Just let me know! There is also an outdoor picnic table and various seating areas around the garden. Hibachis are available for BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware, and has a gas stove/oven, microwave, fridge and toaster oven. Coffee, tea, spices, condiments and other cooking basics are available for your use. And let me know if you'd like eggs from our own chickens! Guests are welcome to use the nearby laundry facilities in the garage of the main house. The laundry has a washer, dryer, iron & ironing board and outdoor laundry line. The cottage has its own private driveway and entrance separate from the main house, and enough parking for 4 cars. We love dogs and cats here! and our place is perfect for dogs as it is fully fenced and at the end of a half mile cul-de-sac. I charge a $75 minimum pet fee up to 2 pets, for visits up to 2 weeks. For more than 2 pets or longer stays, the fee is $20 per pet per week. If you are spending time at the beach, I can lend you a couple of beach chairs and beach blankets. Check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on other bookings. Feel free to ask any questions and I'll make sure your stay is comfortable! Lucy Guest access Guests are invited to enjoy the patio and extensive garden. The laundry is available for guest use and is in the garage of the main house. And please feel free to visit the adorable and very beautiful chickens! Other things to note I enjoy offering a pet-friendly environment. The yard is fully fenced and I am happy for dogs to explore unleashed, and that owners can relax knowing their pets are safe and happy! Let me know about your extended animal family in your inquiry!
