The space The fully renovated apartment is on located on the third floor, without lift, very large (155 m2) and comprises the following rooms to make you feel like home. Entrance/Living room: we have two spacious sofas, free off charge Limoncello and Nocino. On our TV Set you may watch Amazon Prime. You will find brochures about Modena on the coffee table. The living room has an air-conditioner. Fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, like a toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso Coffee Maker. We have a huge dining table for 8 people. There is a wide sink, spacious counter, dish washing machine. With the help of the french balcony, you may ventilate after cooking. We always have selected tea and coffee variaties. The refrigirator always would be full of food and drinks for our guests’ arrival. The extendable dining table seats up to 8 people. We have two king-size bedrooms. The bedrooms offer peace , privacy and comfort each furnished with double beds, additional foldable sofa beds and a wardrobes for your personal belongings. Both master bedrooms have air-conditioners and lightproof curtains. We also have a room with two single beds with a wardrobe. 2 enormous bathrooms guarantee maximum comfort, with towels, hairdryers , shampoo, hand and body soap. In both of the bathrooms there are showers, toilets and bides. Washing machine and dryer also at your disposal. Please ask us if you need a baby bed and baby feeding chair. When you come to our house, we will have special welcome surprises prepared for you🍾🎉 Guest access You can easily communicate anywhere in the world with unlimited, fast and free Wi-Fi and sit in front of the TV, you can choose a movie from Amazon TV and enjoy🌸 Our house is located in the ZTL area, if you have a car, you can send us license plate, we will get an entry permit from the police and give you a ticket for free parking. With this ticket, you will be able to drive your car to the front of the house, pick up and unload your luggage and passengers easily, and you will not have to pay parking fees during your stay. Other things to note According to Italian rental regulations, you will be asked for your passport or identification information to be forwarded to the police upon your arrival. According to the Italian procedure, €1 tourism tax will be collected per person per night over 12 years of age. Tourism tax is not included in the price and will be collected at the check-in.
