House located in the municipality of Porto Belo/SC, in the city center and close to the beach. It is a quiet and safe place with a beautiful wooded garden. A place to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. The space The house is 60 m² and accommodates up to 6 guests. It has access to Wi-Fi throughout the house and parking space in the garden for two vehicles. There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning, integrated living room and kitchen, bathroom, balcony and laundry. Bedroom 1 has a double box bed, an extra single mattress and closet for clothes with shelves and hangers. Bedroom 2 has a double box bed, a single box bed and wardrobe. Windows with glass and shutters. Living room with sofa, smart tv with digital channel reception and a portable table fan. Complete kitchen, gas stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, table for six people, sink, cabinets with pots, crockery, cutlery, blender, thermos and other kitchen utensils. Full bathroom with electric shower. It also has an external cold shower. Balcony with views of the garden and barbecue with grill and skewer. Laundry room with washing tank, washing machine, rope line, a portable clothesline, bucket, squeegee, broom and a cloth for cleaning. Other items available in the house: six pillows; one hand towel, one bathroom floor, one toilet paper and liquid soap; three dish towels, two tablecloths, kitchen sponge, sink cloth and liquid detergent. *The above items have no exchange or replacement* Bed linens and bath towels are not provided. Oil/salt/pepper/charcoal/hashi are not provided as they are items described by the site under “amenities” and I cannot edit them. Guest access Access to the house, garden and sports court. Other things to note The land is 3,500 m², it is all walled with an entrance gate. There are other houses on the land that are also rented by season and my residence. The central garden area and the sports court are shared with the other guests and my family. On the ground there is also a block with a volleyball net and soccer beam. The distance to Porto Belo beach is approximately 100 meters. If you have a boat or jet ski, please inform before requesting the reservation. Vessel or jet ski will only be accepted upon request and if space is available in the field.
