The space Upon entry, you'll discover a thoughtfully designed living space that includes a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The spacious dining and living area is adorned with comfortable seating, ensuring a delightful setting for meals or relaxation. Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen awaits you upon entry, ready for your stay. Dining/Lounge: From the kitchen, step into the large dining and living area. There's seating for 6, a dining table, and a comfy corner bed settee with a 40-inch HD Smart TV. Bedroom Details: The main bedroom features a versatile Super King bed that can be split into two standard singles upon request, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. There is a fee of £40 for converting the bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds as standard, ideal for a comfortable night's rest. For additional accommodation, there's a double bed settee in the lounge, making it possible for the house to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The bathroom boasts a shower over the bath, a toilet, and a sink, providing all the amenities you need. FREE parking and Wi-Fi during your stay are also added for your convenience ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable and connected visit. Guest access You have the exclusive access to the entire house, garden, and parking. Your digital access code will be sent to you on the morning of your stay, providing seamless entry to your home-away-from-home. Other things to note You should receive an email and an SMS message with a link to your "Guestflow" portal. Complete this at least 24hrs ahead of your arrival to ensure a seamless check-in. "Guestflow" is your online check-in portal. You must complete all steps. Not forgetting to, or skipping paying a £1 on a valid credit card with £200 available for the damage deposit. (The £1 is the only way we can get your credit card details, this will be refunded) This is a preauthorization/hold. The money will be taken and held by "Stripe" our online bank and not by us. It is an authorization that we can then take an amount up to £200 if the guest, anyone from their booking party, or anyone let into the property by the guests staying at the property cause any damages. The deposit is released around 5 days after your stay but due to bank transaction times can take upto 10 to 15 working days to show up on your statement Once completed, you will receive your lockbox code around 10 am on your day of arrival.
