The first floor is a common space. There is a living room in the common space where groups can relax, but please understand that other guests may also use it during their stay. Excellent access to tourist destinations from the nearest Kyoto Station, Kujo Station, and bus stops. In addition to sightseeing spots in Kyoto such as Kiyomizu Temple, Kyoto Tower, Shijo Karasuma, Fushimi Inari Taisha, Arashiyama, Gion, Gosho, Nijo Castle, and Uji, you can also go to Osaka in about 30 minutes and Kobe and Nara in about an hour. * We also offer calligraphy experiences where you can experience Japanese culture as an option. During your stay The host is waiting in the manager's room on the ground floor in case of an emergency, so please call or send a message through Airbnb if you need help. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the building, including the veranda. The two floors used by guests are private, but the entrance and living room on the ground floor are shared. The first floor is a building with an osteopathic clinic where the host performs treatments. If you contact us in advance, you can book a massage as an option. The manager is always in the manager's room to respond to emergencies. You can use the private floor without worrying about other people. In accordance with laws and regulations, the Japanese government requires all guests to provide * name * address * occupation * nationality * passport number and a copy or image of their passport when staying as a "foreigner who does not have a residence in Japan". With the introduction of the Kyoto City Accommodation Tax, we will charge an accommodation tax (200 yen per person per night) separately from the accommodation fee.
