Other things to note Terms and Conditions for the Reservation and Rental of Cottages in Wioska Jagny § 1 General Terms and Conditions These Regulations define the conditions under which reservations and rentals of cottages can be made. Explanation of the following terms: Cottage – a facility located in the "Jagna Village" Fee for stay – the product of the fee for one day of stay in the Cottage, specified in the price list section available at www.wioskajagny.pl and the sum of the days for which the reservation is made; Lessor – a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit without legal personality who made the reservation and then paid the deposit. Owner – Jagna School & Jagna Village – Andrzej Walczak § 2 Booking rules The initial reservation is made by sending a request to [email protected] or by phone 501 147 767 - 790 336 333 providing the following data: Name and surname or name of the Lessor Number of guests indicating whether it is an adult or a child. In the case of a child, please provide the age. Exact date of stay. After receiving the initial booking confirmation, the Renter is obliged to make a deposit payment within the period specified in the initial booking. Tatrzańska 13H NIP number 6782107926 REGON number 356815798 Making a reservation and paying a deposit is tantamount to the Lessor accepting the provisions of these Regulations. At the time of booking and payment of 50% of the deposit, the lease agreement is considered concluded. § 3 Cancellation of the reservation 1. The Renter is entitled to cancel the reservation up to 60 days before the planned arrival without incurring additional costs. For stays during Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter, this period is increased to 75 days.2. Cancellation of a reservation less than 60 days (75 Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter) before the planned arrival is only allowed with a payment of 50% of the Stay Fee.3. The owner is entitled to deduct the amount due referred to in paragraph 2, § 3 with the amount of the deposit referred to in § 2. § 4 Payment terms The remaining amount for the stay, as well as the refundable deposit, is required to be paid to the owner's account 2 days before arrival. A refundable deposit of (PLN 500 for a 6-person cottage / PLN 1000 for a 14-person house) is returned within 2 working days after the cleaning service has checked the cottage. In the event of a change in the date of the reservation by the Lessee or a complete cancellation of the stay for reasons beyond the control of the Owner, the deposit is non-refundable. § 5 Check-in and check-out The day starts at 4:00 p.m. (arrival) and ends at 10:00 a.m. (departure). Check-in takes place on the day of arrival, after receiving a special access code. Check-out from the Cottage takes place by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure after contacting the Owner, earlier check-out possible after prior telephone contact. The Renter, within one hour after arrival, inspects the cottage, i.e. checks all devices, e.g. furniture, windows, shower cabin. In the event of noticing any damage or destruction, the Lessee is obliged to report it immediately to the Owner. In the event of exceeding the number of people using the Cottage declared in the application form (without the consent and knowledge of the owner or an authorized person), the owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with all consequences without the need to refund the previously paid fee. The Lessee is obliged to maintain and return the Cottage in its original condition, which includes, in particular, leaving the dishes and kitchen equipment washed before departure. Failure to comply with the above obligation results in the payment of compensation in the form of a deposit left for the final cleaning of the Cottage. The cost of cleaning the cottages is PLN 200 for a small spruce cottage for 6 people / PLN 400 for a larch house for 14 people. § 6 Rules of stay The Lessee is financially responsible for any damage caused to the Cottage during his/her stay (through his/her fault) and agrees that any repairs to the damage, replenishment of equipment or removal of defects shall be made at his/her expense and settled first from the deposit. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Cottage. Parking of cars is possible only in a specially designated place or another place indicated by the Owner. Due to fire protection requirements, it is not allowed to use any devices or apparatus powered by electricity or gas in the Cottage that are not part of the equipment of these rooms and that may create a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, radiators, gas burners. It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant smell into the Cottage. In the event of a serious violation of the provisions of the Regulations, the Lessor is entitled to unilaterally shorten the period of the Lessee's stay and order the immediate departure from the facility. In the event of shortening the stay on the terms set out in section 5, the accommodation fee is non-refundable. § 7 Final provisions By making a reservation, the Lessee agrees to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of making the reservation and fulfilling the registration obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 08/29/1997 on the protection of personal data. The Reserving Party has the right to inspect their personal data and update it. The agreement concluded between the Owner of the Cottage and the Lessee does not include travel, meals and organization of the stay. The Owner is not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring with independent suppliers caused by, for example, temporary lack of water, electricity, Internet, TV. Animals are not accepted – unless separate conditions of stay have been established. The law applicable to disputes between the Owner and the Lessee is Polish law. Any disputes will be settled amicably, and in the event of a disagreement, the competent court will be the court competent for the seat of the Owner.
