The space The charmingly furnished 2-room apartment on the first floor is designed for up to 5 people. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed with separate pull-out beds for 2 people. At the dining table with 5 chairs, all family members can find space for shared meals. A flat-screen TV with cable connection, a DVD player and a hi-fi system provide entertainment. The fully equipped country-style kitchen adjacent to the living area is of a high standard. Here you will find all the appliances and other kitchen utensils that are not to be missed in a modern kitchen. The separate and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed. Another TV with cable connection completes the coziness in this area. A five-door spacious wardrobe offers enough space for your vacation wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet and sink. You don't have to do without a hair dryer either. The approx. 6 sqm balcony faces the southwest side. Here you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun wonderfully. Modern balcony furniture invites you to a cozy get-together, so you can end an eventful day of vacation together with a delicious drink. The apartment includes a free parking space. Additional parking spaces, some of which are subject to a fee, are located in the immediate vicinity. Your own bicycles can be parked directly at the house. Bike rental is also available in the neighborhood. For our guests we offer free Wi-Fi. The wellness and leisure oasis "Kübomare" is located in Kühlungsborn-Ost. Here you can use the swimming and sauna area for a fee. Out of consideration for other vacation guests, we ask you to refrain from smoking in the apartment. Other things to note Final cleaning is included in the price. The initial linen set (bed linens and towels) can be booked for an additional fee of €25.00 per person. If you would like this option, we ask you to let us know at least two days before arrival. Please note that the tourist tax must be paid on the day of arrival. Guests 16 years or older pay €3.00 per night from May 1st to September 30th and €1.60 per night from October 1st to April 30th. Children under 16 do not need a spa card. The tourist tax is paid on the day of arrival at our office. You have the option to pay with a debit card.
