Welcome to H-Town HQ! This is the headquarters for anyone visiting Houston, designed with a focus on comfort and fun! Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a private pool, this is what you want in an Airbnb! The space This home has 3 bedrooms and a dedicated office/study with a futon that can fold flat into a 4th bed (equipped with a memory foam topper and linens), 2 bathrooms, including a newly remodeled master bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and a large living area with a massive couch and 75 inch Samsung TV. The backyard is quite magical; fenced in with a large private pool, bbq pit, outdoor 45 inch TV, and garage that’s been converted into a game room with a pool table, sectional couch, and projector with Roku. Garage is complete with 2 outdoor fans along with front and back garage doors that can open to allow for a breeze to pass through Guest access Guests can access the home via a keyless entry lock system. They will be provided with the access code on the day of their check in. Other things to note A few things to note: This house is in very close proximity to neighbors. Please respect our neighbors at all times. If we get complaints from neighbors we reserve the right to terminate the reservation at any time with no refund. No parties are allowed. No parking in front of neighbor homes. There are always fresh, fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Due to normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This allows us to give our guests the best value while also helping the environment. Houston is a hot and humid climate, this causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into the space. We do regular pest control to try to prevent bug problems but it’s not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home, no refunds are given if bugs are seen. No pets are allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the listing, the reservation will be terminated with no refund, and the guest will be charged a $250 fee. Smoking inside will result in a $250 fee.
