In the heart of Istria there is the historical place Žminj. In the center of that nice place we are located Apartments Pausa Apartments are in a new construction completed in 2020 g. They are decorated in a rustic retro-industrial style using natural colors and materials We have two units App. Terra and App Oliva All necessary appliances are provided with linens and towels. There are also air conditioning, satellite TV, and WiFi. There is underfloor heating installed so we are available throughout the year.. The parking area is free The space The surroundings of Žminj are full of cycling and hiking trails that lead you to the stancija, vineyards, lavender and immortelle plantations, through forests full of medicinal herbs and mushrooms. In the surrounding area, it is possible to buy fresh fruits and vegetables, homemade wine, brandy, honey, cheeses and other indigenous products from local producers. At a distance of 10 to 15 km we recommend visiting Glavani Park, Pazin Cave, Istria Adventure, Theme Park Sanc.Michael, Feštinsko Kraljevstvo Cave. Only 25 km separates you from the sea and beaches on the west side towards Rovinj and Poreč and about the same towards the east side of Istria to enjoy solitude and wild beaches. To the northeast there is the mountain Učka, which is full of hiking trails and natural beauty
