In the heart of Istria there is the historical place Žminj. In the center of that nice place we are located Apartments Pausa Apartments are in a new construction completed in 2020 g. They are decorated in a rustic retro-industrial style using natural colors and materials We have two units App. Terra and App Oliva All necessary appliances are provided with linens and towels. There are also air conditioning, satellite TV, and WiFi. There is underfloor heating installed so we are available throughout the year.. The parking area is free The space The surroundings of Žminj are full of cycling and walking paths that take you to the apartment,vineyards , lavender and immortelle groves,through forests brimming with medicinal herbs and mushrooms . In the area, it is possible to buy fresh fruits and vegetables,homemade wine,brandy,honey cheeses and other indigenous products from local producers. In the distance of 10 to 15 km, we recommend visiting Glavani park,Pazinska jamu,Istra Adventure,Theme park Sanc.Michael, Cave of Feštinsko Kingdom. Just 25 km a stretch of you from the sea and the beaches to the west side to Rovinj and Porec, and about as far as the east side of Istria to enjoy solitude and wild beaches. After the north, there is the Učka Mountain, which is full of hiking trails and natural beauty
