You will see the locals tending to their yard and there is less traffic than in the busy areas of Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. The beach right in front of our condo is pristine and never crowded. If you are seeking a relaxing vacation, Indian Rocks Beach is the ideal choice. The condo is located 40 min from Tampa International Airport, 30 min from St. Pete / Clearwater International Airport, 20 min from Clearwater Beach, which was rated Best Beach in the United States by TripAdvisor, and 30 min from St. Pete Beach. One parking spot is available underneath the building and Indian Rocks Beach offers plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short distance. Also, a Beach Trolley Bus runs frequently along Gulf Blvd. between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. There is a bus stop just a couple of minutes walk away. Please note that there is no elevator at the building and guests will have to climb stairs.
