Exclusive apartment, approx. 55 square meters, newly created in hotel operation. The suite is spread over 2 floors and has a beautiful bedroom on the first floor, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a spacious living / dining area with a very cozy sofa bed (with mattress). From the living area you can access your own spacious terrace. The apartment is fully equipped due to the hotel operation (bed linen, Nespresso machine, dishes, etc.) and has 2 TVs. The space The apartment is fully equipped and impresses with a great lighting concept, underfloor heating, bright rooms, a private terrace, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a modern daylight bathroom. It has towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shampoo, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, kettle, free WiFi, free parking. Just arrive, feel comfortable and relax. The bed is a double bed measuring 1.60 * 2.00 m. There are two pillows per guest. A normal pillow and a neck support pillow with microgel. We shall supply on request of Keilkissen. On the beautiful terrace with a fantastic view of the countryside, you will find high-quality outdoor furniture from the Kartell brand in the form of a table with 4 chairs. Furthermore, our guests will find a comfortable sun lounger from which to enjoy the view of nature, as well as a parasol. On request, a bread roll or breakfast service is available on request for an additional fee. Breakfast will be provided in a breakfast box in front of the door in the morning. In addition, we have a very nice outdoor sauna in the form of a panoramic sauna, which can be used independently by our guests. Upon arrival, we show our guests how to turn on the sauna on their own. Our guests can still use the sauna in the morning at 6 o'clock or in the evening at 10 o'clock. As soon as you go to the sauna, just turn the sign in front of the sauna to "occupied". So it is guaranteed that you can use the sauna alone. Due to the increased energy costs, the use of the sauna during the stay costs €10 gross per person. Sauna towels will be provided free of charge. If desired, massages can be booked in the apartment. Furthermore, an intermediate cleaning of the apartment is possible on request. Also fresh hand towels. Other things to note The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The price refers to an occupancy of up to two people. The 3rd and 4th person each costs €25 gross / night extra. Children up to and including 7 years sleep for free. We provide free high chair, children's travel bed and bottle warmer on request.
