A beautiful house and with a twist of mid century modern, ready to receive our guests in a comfortable environment, just like “home”! A beautiful home, ready to welcome our guests in a comfortable environment almost like a "home”! The space EN: The house is divided into two fully independent houses. This is the big house that is just for guests, and it includes two floors, with 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, 1 bathroom and 1 service bathroom. The kitchen is spacious, with a living room area, as well as a TV room. We also offer a small outdoor dining space. In the house you can also find a fireplace, a salamander and a barbecue that must be used consciously and cleaned after use. EN: The house is divided into 2 independent houses. This one is the biggest house which is entirely rented only for the guests. It has 1 master bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 small bathroom. The kitchen is an open space, which has a small living room as well as a separate TV room. We offer an outdoor dining area. You can also find 2 fireplaces as well as a barbecue which should be used carefully and cleaned after use. Guest access PT: This was our family home and over time we decided to rent it because it is located in a fantastic place and close to beaches. We are Father (Manuel) and Daughter (Sylvia) and are happy to welcome you. Sylvia, who runs the house, lives in the smaller house (below) and is available for any questions, whenever you need them. We are, father (Manuel) and daughter (Sylvia) and we are happy to welcome you. Sylvia, who is responsible for the house, lives just below and is available any time. The check in will be done by one of us. Other things to note PT: Located in Charneca de Caparica, which is about 10min (3.7km) of fantastic beaches and 20min from Lisbon airport. Quite good accesses to supermarkets like the mainland and local restaurants and also Mc Donald's. The PARKING LOT IS ON the STREET. We don't have any private parking, but there's plenty of space outside, and it's safe. We accommodate animals with advance notice, and a cleaning fee of €10 per night is charged for each animal. A taxa é cobrada a numerário no dia do check in. EN: Solmar Villa is located in Charneca de Caparica , 10min (3,7km) from the beautiful beaches and around 20min from the Lisbon airport. There are many amenities around such a as a big supermarket - Continente, and local restaurants as well as McDonald’s . PARKING IS ON STREET. We don’t have a private parking but there is free space outside and it’s safe. We accommodate pets with an advanced notice, and we charge a 10€ fee per night and per pet.
