The Zillertal Arena is among the best ski resorts in the Alps with 163 km of slopes. Other things to note Königsleiten is one of the highest villages in the Zillertal Arena. The accommodation is conveniently located on the slopes and at the ski lift. During a cozy breakfast, you can see directly from the windows to the Gerlosplatte and the surrounding mountain ranges and enjoy the panorama. Königsleiten is a very nice mountain village and is located at an altitude of 1600 m in the middle of the Zillertal. It is an absolutely snow-safe area for real winter freaks! Here you can ski right up to the door. The mountain railways are just a few steps from the apartment. The mountains are up to 2500 m high and offer the optimal slope for everyone. The central quiet location characterizes the property. You can park the car in the underground garage (2 parking spaces in a row) and do the rest of the vacation on foot. On site there are sports shops, ski schools, a doctor, supermarket, restaurant, etc. all in the immediate vicinity. In summer, everything is possible, quiet hiking vacation or active vacation with the following possibilities: Hiking and mountain biking directly from the front door, electric trail park, yodel hiking trail, Krimmler waterfalls, swimming and pedal boat riding at the reservoir, MTB overstay, Aurach wildlife park, Mountain Carts Bramberg, Almflieger Gerlosstein, etc. With huge balcony approx. 16 m with top mountain view. As an additional cost, the tourist tax/mobility fee of €3.50/person/day is added and the final cleaning of €110. The deposit of €300 is to be paid 10 days before the start of the rental. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. In case of key loss, an amount of €95 is to be paid.
